Psych Session
A downloadable game
Psych Session
You're a young therapist. Before each session you dig through a retro desktop — patient files, emails, browser history, fictional websites, half-finished notes — and try to figure out what actually matters. Then you get on the call, and whatever you decided to believe shapes how you listen, what you say, and what you get wrong.
No combat, no puzzles to "solve" the patient. Just rapport, resistance, and the weight of a bad intervention that doesn't go away next session.
Status: In development, solo, by Mauspi Lab (Argentina). Demo: October 6, 2026 — focused on Damián, a guarded patient whose case opens with mistrust and a strange pattern of late-night alarms.
The core loop: explore the desktop → read between the lines → attend the session → choose your interventions → find out what you actually understood, and what you missed.
Who's making this: Lucas Touriño, an Argentine psychology graduate, working solo as Mauspi Lab. Writing, direction, design, and code are mine. I use AI tools for coding help, debugging, and drafting — nothing generative runs inside the game itself. Character art is VRoid plus licensed assets; everything else is original, licensed, or properly credited.
Content: grief, family conflict, anxiety, burnout, psychological distress. It's a narrative game — not therapy, not a clinical training tool.
